When you know that you have to present your thoughts in any meeting, conversation, or presentation, you begin to think about it and anticipate it. The only question is whether or not you positively or negatively anticipate it.

I’ll show you how to use this natural state to start preparing and looking forward to the event rather than worrying about it, which is most definitely not helpful.
